The focus of most of this discussion is required to be on the topcis we are learning in this course. At least 5 theories or social problems related to theories shold be talked about at some point in the conversation. The order is not important and the conversation can be spontaneous, but each theory or related social problem should be discussed in a substantial way (more than just trivial short entries) that emphasizes dialogue (back and forth conversation that develops a topic; an effective dialogue is never just a collection of unrelated, isolated entries). What is considered 'substantial' aspects of the chat can involve the following kinds of usages of thsi form of communication: helping each other understand the concepts, trying out/developing examples, exchanging information about sources or the background of the theories, discussing relevant things you have experienced, discussing relevant social problems or observations you have made from watching the media, news, or film, etc. In order to gain course credit, group members must contribute at least 500 words minimum.
